2025 has been another very busy and successful year for Public Practice Accounting firms, and from conversations with our many clients over the last 12 months, we predict that next year is set to get <\/span>even <\/span><\/i>busier. Investing in graduate programs and internships allows practices to attract young talent who are confident with AI tools, data analysis and digital systems. It also provides a pathway for technically savvy candidates who value career-long learning and are eager to grow with ongoing professional development.<\/span><\/p>\n
