As a candidate, you have a bigger and better chance of finding a great role right now.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What that translates into is:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>It is the right time<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is the right time to explore and look for an opportunity that caters to your own needs.
