Principal – Business Services Accounting Recruitment
Lee has been working in recruitment since 2016, starting in the UK before relocating to Australia in 2017. He specialises in the Professional Services Accounting market in Melbourne, partnering with mid-tier and suburban practices to recruit at all levels, from Intermediate Accountant to Partner.
Having recruited in this market since 2017, Lee leverages his deep industry knowledge and extensive networks to provide a consultative service that connects organisations with exceptional talent. He focuses on helping clients build strong teams while supporting candidates to achieve their career goals.
Known for his collaborative and empathetic approach, Lee prides himself on delivering a personalised experience and high-quality service in every interaction.
On a personal level, Lee enjoys watching or playing any sport he can get involved with and is a devoted supporter of Melbourne’s restaurants—admittedly due to his limited cooking skills.
Director – Business Service Accounting Recruitment
Tania began her recruitment career in Perth in 1999 and has since built a strong track record supporting organisations across Australia and New Zealand. She specialises in recruiting across all levels in professional accounting practices, and also in the senior finance market in commerce and industry.
With a Master’s degree in Psychology, Tania started her career at a global recruitment consultancy, working in both Perth and Auckland. During this time she specialised in recruiting accountants across the senior finance market in commerce and industry, as well as across all levels of professional practice. She also gained valuable experience recruiting within the legal sector and working in executive search and selection.
Tania leverages her deep market knowledge and industry networks to provide consultative, value-adding recruitment solutions. Known for her thoughtful and collaborative approach, she builds trusted relationships with both clients and candidates, helping organisations strengthen their teams while supporting professionals to progress in their careers. She also serves as Talent Director for an on-site Managed Recruitment Solution.
Outside of work, Tania enjoys cheering on her teenagers at their many activities and can often be found beside a soccer field, at the swimming pool, or at a dance competition.
Principal – Operation & Business Support Accounting Recruitment
Jenny is an experienced recruitment consultant with over 15 years in the industry, starting her career in London, then Sydney and Melbourne, specialising in operational and business support roles across professional services and corporate environments.
As part of Lawson Delaney’s Professional Services team, Jenny partners with firms to recruit roles including Client Services Administrators, Practice Managers, Executive Assistants, HR professionals, Finance support staff, and Operations specialists.
Her experience across sectors such as Accounting & Finance, Wealth Management, Insurance, Banking, IT, and Architecture provides her with a strong understanding of the operational talent that enables organisations to run effectively. She enjoys connecting organisations with capable professionals who strengthen teams and support business performance.
Known for her empathetic approach and strong work ethic, Jenny builds trusted relationships with both clients and candidates and prides herself on always doing the right thing.
