At Lawson Delaney, Barry specialises in senior leadership recruitment, including Partners, CEOs, CFOs, COOs, General Managers, and leaders across Sales & Marketing and Finance & Accounting, as well as Non-Executive Directors.

Outside of work, Barry enjoys staying active (primarily through running), learning to play the guitar, and spending time with his family and dogs, Brad and Bruce.
