Jenny is an experienced recruitment consultant with over 15 years in the industry, starting her career in London, then Sydney and Melbourne, specialising in operational and business support roles across professional services and corporate environments.
As part of Lawson Delaney’s Professional Services team, Jenny partners with firms to recruit roles including Client Services Administrators, Practice Managers, Executive Assistants, HR professionals, Finance support staff, and Operations specialists.
Her experience across sectors such as Accounting & Finance, Wealth Management, Insurance, Banking, IT, and Architecture provides her with a strong understanding of the operational talent that enables organisations to run effectively.
