Happiness through Flexibility and Performance
Create a happy, productive and collaborative working environment
Lawson Delaney hosted our "Essential CEO Skills - Thriving Workplaces & Mental Health: Help Yourself Help Your Team" event and the feedback from the discussion on leading in a post-lockdown world has been so powerful we have felt the need to do more to help.
To set you up for success, we have created a survey to better understand how to balance your employees’ work expectations with the needs of your business and leaders.
Our in-session survey results indicated that, while employees were very keen to hold onto the opportunity to work remotely, our leaders felt they were most effective when they had physical access to their team.
Now the work has begun for many organisations to continue keeping employees engaged and happy whilst meeting the needs of the business and leaders.
“By surveying our staff and using the expertise from Lawson Delaney, we have been able to build a working model that has met the needs of our whole workforce and have noticed the productivity uplift from week 1.”
Survey Information
If you are interested in understanding what your employees want and expect from their leaders as they return to a physical workplace, we can help by conducting an employee survey that is anonymous and designed specifically for your business to tell you:
- What your team want from their leaders
- What types of flexibility your people feel would work best for their role / situation
- How engaged and motivated they are currently feeling
- How mental health can best be supported
Your results will be delivered in a report that is tailored to your business and will be complete with suggested actions and programs to ensure you have an engaged, supported and happy team.
